GGM Gesellschaft für Gebäude-Management mbH (GGM Real Estate Management Company Ltd) is a company in the Helaba Property Group which provides all services in the field of real estate management. As a subsidiary company of the Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Hesse-Thuringia State Bank) GGM takes care of both the Group’s properties and the properties of outside clients and is subject to regular checks by the Bank’s auditors. GGM’s core competences lie in property management (commercial, technical and infrastructural services), in real estate asset management, and in facility management consultancy. Further major services provided are the management of warranties and the carrying out of technical due diligence (TDD). The primary aims of our services are the protection and improvement of yields for the client, the guarantee of a high utilisation capacity for the user and the maintenance of the value of the properties. At present 24 clients with over 130 properties and ca. 1,200,000 m² of leased space profit from our wide range of services and high standard of service and quality.
